Hi Guys,

Just about to open my first office next week for my content writing on my sites.

However looking to offer this service to others as well. So just need to test the water with you guys and see what you think and if you would use it or ideas and features you'd want to see to make it better.

OK so idea is that for £4.00 we'll do you 500 word articles if you supply the original content. So basically a content re-writing service, we can get the content via you emailing us, pointing us to a website or rss feeds that you give us and we'll update as they come.

What we will also do if needed is log into your wordpress or joomla site and update it for you with the new article.

What we are trying to do it automate as much of this as possible for web owners like myself. It will all be local based British writers as they'll be based in my office. For people reading my fat fingered posts of the past, nope I won't be writing any

So is this something you guys would use, any ideas or features you would like to see added.

Sounds great. I used Keiron's service which was great. just very expensive. So something cheaper i'd definately use.

£4 per 500 words is certainly reasonable, but from a customer point of view I would far rather not need to go find you original content to work from. Right now I am spending a massive amount of money on textbroker.com and I simply add the post topics and the articles come back written, the writers must have went and Googled it for any information they needed.

I think you would get more customers if you done the same. Ie we can order "20 articles on fashion" and get random ones back, or we can be specific and order "20 article on red shoes" or whatever...

Point taken mate, we would be able to offer that but we wouldn't be able to match it to our £4 charge unfortunately.

If we were needing to do it, I'd imagine we'd be needing to research or find articles go up to the more standard level of £6-£7.50. But certainly will look at that, no problem.

When I say you need to provide us with the original articles, you can also supply us with information streams and we do the rest. For example one I use is http://www.mobilegazette.com/

Everytime a phone appears I have that content rewritten and added to my site. So we would check that site once a day or so for new articles and when they appear we'll do our bit, that would cost the £4.

Reason I'd be offering the minimum of the £4 level is because as a domainer this is the most fustrating part of it. I have a list of articles or information streams and just need someone to rewrite it to avoid search engine penalties. Whilst it is a barebones type of service, I'm hoping that this is all people want anyway. Plus the part where we will add them to your site for you direct. It just gives people the ability to forget about updating their sites and get on with other projects.

I will have about 10 blogs that all need the same article re-written on them for their location

Sounds good. A couple of thoughts...

Will you be happy to create one article combining a number of different sources?

Will the new content pass things like CopyScape?

Also, are you just offering that one price/quality option? I am yet to find a content writer that can produce the quality that I'm after, so personally I'd be happy to pay double that if I could genuinely rely on the quality.
