Google Upgraded my Account

Google have upgraded my account (or so they say), so that I can use keywords for my ads.

anyone know what this is all about, is it something they have done for everyone or certain accounts?

My adsense account has not been doing anything special

Reserved for the privileged as far as I know, if you make a new google script, you will see the option to include keywords in it which makes targeting the ads more reliable.

i would love this.. might have to call them

i have a domain which i want to put a photography site on.. but all the ads are for wedding photographers.. no good to be :-p

It might be a false alarm on my side anyway guys.

Just had a better and closer look at it, It seems it's google's affiliate referal scheme. Looks like they've linked it in with the google checkout system so that it knows when someone clicks through from your site and buys something from the advertiser.

You don't get paid per click through, but get paid a much higher amount if they go onto buy something.

So basically it's the start of google affiliate scheme that they have given me, with the ability to put what ad's I want on my site.
