Adsense not showing

I use Adsense tonns and so know about waiting 10 minutes and so on.

Have a site thats showing old generated ads but no new ones. I created them 8:00am today and wont show on any URL as well.

The previous design I used showed old ones fine also. Im thinking it's more to do with new ads I've created. Anyone else finding this?
