Is adsense approval totally automated?

Is adsense approval totally automated?

I built a site for a client who wanted a site to sell used motorcycles. He decided he wanted to add a few adsense adverts to his site to try and monetise some of the passing traffic.

He applied for adsense and got an email back saying his site was in an unsupported language.

I am assuming this is because Google found words such as Kawasaki.

How can my client get past this, short of taking his bikes off the site.

You could use javascript to display words such as Kawasaki that G would not be able to pickup.

Although wont help your natural SEO much unless you change it back once G approves you.

Yeah, that would be impractical for this site but thanks.

Classified Rating: 100% (1)

Although not ideal, he could create a quick separate blog (without the problematic terms) to gain approval and then once he has an account in place apply adsense onto his mainsite. He could also continue with the blog for linkbuilding to his site.

Hi

send them an email tomorrow and explain why you think it was not approved, and after they have stopped laughing, they will give you a hint as to the real reason why it was not approved.
