admin has disabled reputation

Put some keyword plain text next to the ads. I sometimes this helps the relevancy on a generic site.

Also make sure you have the required privacy policy on each site you display adsense ads.
I never used to worry about this until one of my decent adsense earning sites was manually checked by the adsense compliance squad and the ads were disabled, not my adsense account, just ads on that particular site. Took aboot 2 months of emails to get the site off the adsense blacklist.

Have you blocked the adsense bot by mistake? If it wordpress there is a setting which is sometimes activated by default when you create a new site.
