How can it be 10 months off expirary and still be suspended ? is that a screw up or can the names be cancelled ?

I don't know, what the deal is with that but I have uncovered about 4 of them all generic names like ladders.

Going to tie alot of drop catchers up with no way to determine a date.

Yes the company is dissolved so Nominet have no contract with the previous registrant and are dropping it.
