You better hope this term gets into popular parlance, but who do you envisage wanting the domain? Would a tax adviser want to associate themselves with the term "avoision"?

Well i thought it could be used to show all aspects of tax. From filling out your returns to what you have to declare and what you dont. Really just general tax advice - who wants to pay more than they have to?

more general rather than swiss bank accounts etc

though you are right i'd like the term to become more "popular"

Problem is that people ARE searching for "swiss bank accounts" (check Overture numbers) but nobody is searching for "tax avoision" so the former would actually make a much stronger domain even though it's a lot longer, simply because A) it's specific and descriptive of a very clear product/service and B) people are actually searching for it using that expression.

[Aside: I own swissbankaccounts.co.uk ]
