In our view you wont get anything for these due to the obvious trade mark issues they have - it is unlikely anyone will invest in a domain that could be taken away at any time in the future.

Your best bet is to try to make some PPC money from them before the Nominet DRS papers come along.

Dispute Resolution Service.

If someone thinks that you have registered a domain "abusively" they apply to Nominet to have you relieved of the domain.

The process and definitions of the Nominet DRS are here:

Not necessarily.

The DRS process goes to a mediation stage first, where Nominet try to resolve the dispute between both parties amicably with the use of some forms followed by phone calls.

As I understand it, even if you surrender the domain there is nothing to stop the Claimant taking legal action against you for loss of earnings or trade mark infringement but this has nothing to do with Nominet and would be a legal case.

Take some advice, keep clear of trade mark domains! It gives the whole industry a bad name and can bring you more trouble than it is worth.

No idea - that's the chance you take with any TM domain.

I wouldn't lose any sleep over it - just give more consideration to future purchases.
