| | You won't have wasted the money if you develop the domains yourself.  However, as far as the .org.uk extension is concerned, I would say the only domain names worth pursuing would be major generics such as mobilephones.org.uk. If you look at Sedo.co.uk then it doesn't include the .org.uk extension in its lookup results, and that's because the extension generally does not attract type-in traffic. | | Certainly they are worth more than reg fee, but I don't anticipate a quick sale and would advise sticking with pure generic terms for .org.uk at the moment, i.e. banking.org.uk and credit.org.uk etc All the best Accelerator Quote:

| | I think the general opinion is that they are worth nothing unless someone wants those keywords badly enough to get a .org.uk. Annoying that it is, sedo doesn't even show them in searches...so that speak volumes IMO. I have purchased a few and stopped at that! |

| | I have privatehealth.org.uk which is a great one because many health practices use that brand. I also have nuclear.org.uk nuclearpower.org.uk nuclearenergy.org.uk As we all know the future of Nuclear is looking pretty bright. However I might keep this domains a while because I think they will be worth much more once the .org.uk brand becomes established. Mind you if someone flashed some money in front of me I might accept because I am addicted to spending!!!  |
