I was thinking of developing this into some sort of site where you can view all the latest phones that are targeted towards women, and link to affili offers.

any ideas? or should i just try and sell it?

I think missmobile has some good potential as niche is the way to go. I'm sure you seen some sites focusing on pink mobiles, and there are a number of phone designs targetted towards women. Your name is catchy enough to make a name for yourself in this area. If you are going to develop, I would start with this site. Good luck.
