What was the reason for using a .xxx? I only ask because its not an adult term?
so to put a .xxx at the end is like saying to potential visitors looking for a "photo editor" - dont go there, its likely to be porn

as a.co.uk/com might be worth a bit, as a .xxx £0 - sorry

I'm confused as to why you regged it on .xxx sorry but I wouldn't have this in my account if you paid me to.

Ditch it before you pay a pointless renewal.

thats OK if you've got a direct use for the domain, And i have seen the rendering-software you mention. but, you've put the domain in the appraisal section and it dosen't have value to anybody else as a stand alone domain.

Perhaps when you have built the usage and vistor numbers, then maybe

Can agree with the exacts, 673k for global and 74k for local

but still if I was looking for a photo editor i wouldnt go to an .xxx domain unless i was after porn, so if you do get it to rank i doubt you would get visitors, only very strange people who would be annoyed there was no porn lol

Ahh i see, well perhaps you should have chosen something like photostrippper or photostriptease or something along those lines - Neat idea tho - Good luck if you decide to pursue it on another name!

Depending on where you regged it, you may be able to 'refund' it under the grace delete time period...

It varies registrar to registrar, so ask your registrar support for a refund.

For what your looking to do with-it. I don't think it's too bad a fit. If your going to write your own software it fits quite nice. It just has No value as a stand alone domain or resale value

I think what got missed in the wash between you and us at AcornDomains. Is that the appraisal section is for determining Value not "suitability for projects" Which is where you seem to be coming from.

Had you posted in a different section, (regarding suitability for your purpose) The feedback would have been different.

    All the best
