Looks good. I don't think Arial Narrow is as easy to read as some other fonts though, my own fav. is verdana.

Probably requires some SEO, I would make individual pages for all the points in the services section. If you're keyword advertising then you can direct visitors to the most relevant keyword page.

I forgot to say, you need a better "call to action", I think you should put your phone number at the top of every page, and in the flash intro too.. "call now..".

Also make it clearer that it is Essex, like have it at the top of every page or in the name even. Local customers who see an ad will want reassurance if they go on the site that it will be easy for you to come out and that they aren't going to pay for some company to travel half across England.

Basically I think the important things for a customer to see quick will be that you can fix their home computer problems, you're local and your contact info.

The font needs changing its not clear at all.

Also, the colours are too wishy-washy, perhaps change them for a strong blue or red.

Some good ideas there, thanks... I will look into changing the font to something easier to read - Problem is I have really good vision and sometimes forget others dont!
