Opinions on .biz domain names

Hi All

Can people tell me what they think of .biz domain names. Are they worth pursuing? I've noticed that for popular domain names, these tend to be the ones that are registered last. Why is that?

i got a feeling that you have to be a registered company with the same name to have a legal right to these domains
but what would i know!
