Hi,
well, forget the bikini one, that's regfee imo

However boat.org.uk is worth a fair bit.
To a reseller or one of us who want to develop minimum mid xxx. That's the minimum i would sell for, but would want a lot more
Developed worth a lot , lot more.

Shouldn't take many ideas to know what area to take it.
Type of boats, boat insurance, boat sales. etc
Yeah it's a .org.uk, but keyword is so great & can perform really great on search engines if developed right.
Could be really interesting to develop. Nice

i would say boat is better of the two, however bikini's are still popular form of clothing and a site dedicated to bikini with a few babes on it with a contextual ads could do ok.
