Would like appraisals of a few sites please

Im not too interested in selling any but thought it would be nice to know if any of them might be worth anything or if anything could be improved to make them worth something.

http://www.Page-Rank-10.info 50-100 visitors a day, good placement in google and lots of backlinks out there lots of indexed pages.
http://www.hot-celebrity.info 30 - 190 unique visitors a day, lots of backlinks and indexed pages and good placement in google for some good keywords some PR too, some regular adsense earnings but only small $0-$2 a day average.
http://www.bluewaterarticles.com 150 - 300 visitors a day, thousands of pages indexed, good keyword rankings for some different topics and a few backlinks some PR too, some regular adsense earnings but only $1-$5 a day average.
http://www.bluewatercentral.org Not alot of visitors maybe 1-2 a day, some backlinks and most pages indexed in google some PR.
http://www.directorypla.net 1-2 visitors a day not much backlinks some indexed pages and i beleive some PR.

Anyone care to offer some values for the above domains or suggestions on how to improve the value

yeah i noticed a while back a site called directoryplanet.net and thought to myself it would be cool to remove the extra net even though it hurts the keyword planet by cutting it in half it looks cool and is easy to remember

IMHO
Domains without 'easily defined and easily recognisable' income sources would be worth x1.5 times annual adsense revenue.
Your traffic volumes, if unique and provable to a buyer, might stretch that to x2.5 annual adsense rev.
