I recently finished this mini site Selling Scrap Gold, been meaning to get something up and running for a while on this Domain that might be of use to anyone who buys and sells scrap gold, its not the prettiest site I know but It has a custom coded " True Value Gold Calculator " the only one of its kind from what I can see. Hello, i have took a look at your site and don't see anything wrong with it as such.

You need to sort your ' where to sell ' page

You need to be selling more products on there, i buy and sell gold so here's some stuff :

Digi scales which you have already, there are loads of types on Ebay.
Jewellery loupe which is a type of magnify glass.
Ring sizer - metal pole with markings, aluminium ones are also used as ring shapers.
Acid kits for testing.
Magnets, the quickest way to test for fake gold.
Storage boxes for placing scrap in some and full pieces in others and for storing scales etc.

NB* if you scrape 1 square metre of gold leaf off eg, a mirror it equals 1 gram not that i,ve done it like.

i would change the h3 tags "so how much is my scrap gold worth" and "how much can i expect to get for my scrap gold" for another font because that one isn't the clearest,but i like the design.

Its a work in progress so I will be including a lot more stuff in the near future, I was going to include a lot more ebay feeds like doodlebug sugested I just wanted to focus on the main content first, the key feature being the " True Value Gold Calculator " and Gold information, Have you tried it out yet? did you find it easy to use?, I hear what you are saying with the h3 tag, its controlled via CSS, im not to concirned with it right now so long as its ledgable.

Hi, i tried the ture gold price convertor and gives correct prices so all good

I've been tempted to set up a site buying gold off people but probably won't do it because it means having to stay in every day waiting for post

Thanks for trying things out doodlebug, its a great business to get involved in if you can buy the Gold at the right price, I have been buying and selling gold for 25+ years its just getting harder to find the stuff at the right price, but go for it, you can pickup some great job lot deals on ebay if you know what to look for.
