Well, domains like this might be worth a fortune to someone who wants to set up a magazine about jobs. But - You have to ask how many people in the UK are likely to want to set up something like that? Possibly a good name for recruitment industry professional journal? Can't see much value for the domain on its own.
The chances are you are probably going to grow old waiting for someone who wants to set up a jobs magazine and who, after looking at all the alternatives, is prepared to offer you big money for this.
The value, in my opinion, is in development. A job hunting hints and tips blog seems like one possible way forward. Add a forum possibly.......
