Hi Guys

I regged this domain back in july 09.

I was surprised to see available and thought it was a good buy.

With so many different adverts on TV at the moment promoting there gold websites, I am starting to think that this domain has some real potential.

The gold market seems huge at the minute and im thinking of maybe building a website using affiliate links from lots of these comapnies.

Any thoughts or ideas for this one ?

Good or Bad comments appreciated

I think it is a good idea, to do a comparison site, for these gold companys, i had tried contacting a few of them to see what price they pay for gold, as i have a nice little stock pile of scrap, but they refused to tell me as they would have to value it, i sent 10g exactly to a number of different companys just after xmas, i was offered from �3.25 per gram upto �5.25 a gram, so a good comparison site would be good, but you would need to send them a sample every cpl of weeks as they dont (that i know of) offer a live price per gram on there site,

as a side note the current price of scrap 9ct gold is �7.432, a fair bit above what the companys where offering.

Hi Guys, its a nice name but more suited to the retail Niche, forget the comparison site idea as you already pointed out most scrap gold Websites are a bit shy when it comes to publishing buy price, even if they did they wouldn't pay you that price for your scrap gold. TheAngrDog, if you want to get an accurate valuation on your Scrap Gold pay my Website a visit, Selling Scrap Gold , lots of info for the layman.

its not bad so far as a gold buying/investment related domains are concerned, singular might be better.

I will probably start a little affiliate site up with a few banners and info about gold ( not that I know much ) and hope to get a few click fews.

If I was to sell via sedo, any ideas of what I may expect to get for this ?
