1bedroom - 1300 local exacts - avg cpc �0.61
2bedroom - 1600 local exacts - avg cpc �0.72
3bedroom - 880 local exacts - avg cpc �0.65
4bedroom - 480 local exacts - avg cpc �0.69

all very high advertiser competition.
according to google keyword tool.

I would have thought there was some value there with the above figures?
