Hi , I have recently done a catch for this name , seems to have 60,500 uk exact search , with 100% advertising competition , what can i expect from this name or should i go for development. Thanks

Although you say it's a recent catch it was regged in Feb 2008? As you're probably aware (by the way you selectively cropped the "trend" graph on your attached picture), the UK search volume for this phrase was between 200-400 until September when it rocketed to 40,000 to 60,000. As such I'd say it's a false reading and a reg fee name, so it's only going to have value if you develop it into a successful money making site, which obviously isn't going to be easy. Best of luck though. |

I've often wondered about search terms that come from nowhere to be a reasonably large volume, you see them relatively often. Are they errors on Google's part, or is it possible to set off a bot somewhere to search for terms that are then recorded by Google? Sorry to wander off topic.

![]() | Can you explain what you mean by "drop catch domain" as I'm as puzzled as Ty_? This domain was registered over two years ago so cannot be a recent catch... "Dropped" or "Caught" means the domain expired and was then newly registered by someone so the "Registered on" date would be a recent date. Update: I've just seen your other thread. Quote:
