..sorry, couldn't resist. I'm really not sure about this one, so I'll leave it to the other guys. Is there any exact match on it ? There are some paid ads for the exact phrase, so that's a start. AcneCure would be much better, but perhaps there may be a little value here.

no i dont think its worth bugger all, i should think quite a few spotty teenagers would look for a cure, although iv not looked at the search results

The valuable ones are:

acnecure
acnetreatment

Yours is a longer variation, making it quite a hard sell. Fine for development, not easy to sell. Also, acne companies themselves I feel favour "brandables".
