Best bet is see if you can sell it to a private consultant.

If developing, you would get traffic, but not easy to monetise. AdSense would probably be best. You might also be able to sell directly high strength antiperspirants. I think you might be surprised by the traffic available. If NHS waiting times for this type of problem are long, the chances of a domain sale are better.
