It's not, just most stuff is UK related.

3DChannel.com = nothing
3DPlayers.com = hold onto it for a couple of years
3DRecorder.com = I'm sure a standard HD would do but hold on to it
3DRecorders.com = as above
3DMovie.net = potential for a site
Sport3D.com = nothing
3DHomeCinemas.com = hold onto it
3DComputer.net = hold on to it
3DBurners.com = nothing
3D-Laptop.com = not much because of hyphen
3D-Laptops.com = not much because of hyphen
3D-Camcorders.com = not much because of hyphen
3D-Camcorder.com = not much because of hyphen
3D-Phones.com = not much because of hyphen
3D-Mobiles.com = not much because of hyphen
3D-Computer.com = = not much because of hyphen

I strongly suggest you keep them all for now and see what the technology future brings ???

Good luck

The technology is already out there...Movies, TV's, laptops, computers, games, cameras, camcorders and projectors are all on the market

They wont, they have to be 3D-ready to be able to do it. Check out the Samsung, LG, Panasonic and Sony websites

I get low to high x,xxx offers on 3DChannel.com all the time so its worth nothing, its the perfect name for a new 3D Channel, like ESPN, SKY, DirecTV and Discovery are launching, as well as a lot more I know of that are in the pipeline.

Also had a mid xxx offer on Sport3D.com, some sports are already being shown in 3D on SKY (premier league football in the UK)

I just think you need to research these before saying "nothing"

thanks anyway

For the likes of ESPN, SKY, DirecTV and Discovery etc to move away from “Brand” when marketing i.e. sky3d etc would be unusual..?

Global branding tends to be less specific i.e. orange, sky, apple etc as opposed to specifying, mobile phone, television, computer etc

Launching a global network from scratch they would go along building a brand? 3d would limit themselves primarily to 3d customers and it would be years before enough people have them and if 3d takes off would you need to specify it if all programs were broadcast in it…? Someone new they would check other tld etc see if others were free if launching in today’s game they would want them all so as not to loose any traffic to the lower ones ?

Are you actually making any income from any at present is there good affiliate or alike commissions out there? Which maker pays the best? also the second third best sellers may want to pay more than brand leader…? At present the % of the public that have them or programs broadcast is tiny therefore prices could reflect that, If you're looking for top dollar then you have to wait and see how the market panes out?

Hyphenated ones depends on the non as to pricing but at present low $.
Coms not enough of a market you need to wait and see could be xx xx,xxx if you wait
.nets always hard to sell

Don't you just love it when someone asks for a "free" appraisal then criticises the person who took the time to do one because they disagree with it?

For what it's worth I mostly agree with Doodlebug, and I've also been doing this a long time. Obviously 3d names are an acquired taste, and the majority of people don't rate them particularly highly - from my perspective they seem to be a combination of possible potential and short to medium term fad, but that's just me.

If you're asking for appraisals then I'm assuming that you're looking to sell these names, and if you do really get 4 figure offers "all the time" for 3DChannel.com I'd love to know why you've not converted one of them to the sales price that you're happy with, as surely you must have a value in mind? Circa $10,000 seems a helluva lot for that name from where I'm sitting, and I've been watching .com sales prices for over a decade.
