luxuryhotelsitaly.co.uk

luxuryhotelsitaly.co.uk and luxuryhotelsscotland.co.uk

I was hoping for an evaluation of the domain names and perhaps a little advice on how to accurately evaluate domains myself.

The only thing that would make the above domains valuable is the keyword in the domain, thus the greater chance of getting first page Google for the keyword with minimal effort. Am I doing this right? or should it be based on it's current earnings as a website?

I would be ever grateful for your comments.

you might want to read some more of the historical threads before you get people to go over the same conversations about values.

basically its not straight forward in and in most cases its not about getting the value right its finding a buyer for that domain. what reasonable to one person is out of the question for another.

Thanks for the tip, please forgive my ignorance, I will check the history.

Would you be able to evaluate those domains?

You can start by using the keyword tools and finding out how many people search for "luxury hotels Italy" and "luxury hotels Scotland". Use the Adwords estimator, set it to exact match and UK.

If they have any search volume they might be worth someone developing.

Without even using the keyword tool i am pretty confident to say that these domains are worth 0

Nobody searches for this and getting hotel related domains ranking is going to cost u a lot in terms of time, resources and money.

So my evaluation... Waste of money, time and even bandwidth

To the OP, look at domainprices.co.uk for similar domain sales to help with valuation.

I think the Italy one is slightly more valuable than the Scotland one.

I would value both in the £50 to £200 range for a sale to an affiliate. More specific location names would be more valuable.
