Can Homes type?

Seriously could be developed into a forum for people struggling too keep their homes; a place to share useful advice that might just help them.

In terms of value I am not the right person but good luck anyway.

I was thinking of one for people wishing to buy/sell their homes thus avoiding estate agent fees. And maybe have some slots for premium adverts.

Maybe also have some extra space for solicitors, mortgages, home insurance adverts too!

To be honest and maybe this is a personal thing I wouldn't be buying or selling a house in a forum, that's not to say people won't. It is one of the most stressful times in life selling or buying property and often estate agents take away some of that stress; granted some don't

If my memory serves me correctly not so long ago two guys on the Dragons Den were trying to reinvent the UK property sales market, they were told in no uncertain terms that our system is in our psyche and this will be very difficult to break.

The idea could work with landlords (a bit like this forum

)
