Very greatful for all the replys / pms and your time.

As i only caught the domain yesterday and as I didn't have an idea what the domain was worth (the reason i started the thread) not sure what Im going to do with it just yet.

Cheers

John.

Hi,
I am new to this forum, but I have had a business interest in domains for some time. There is always so much to learn and it never stops in this business. I would say however that I think that dataprotection.co.uk is worth a bit more than £40.00. I personally would not sell for that.
I think the demographics allows for a much higher price, some affilates would love this one.

SteveW.. please share your experience and which affiliates would love this. Also why in your experience is the domain worth more. (obviously it is due to the bids of more than £40) but its always good to get an insight from others.

I believe a domain is worth what someone is willing to pay for it personally. I could buy a domain for £5 and invest £5000 then flip it for £50,000 potentially.

On the other hand I could buy a domain for £5000 and spend nothing and flip it for £50,000.

Which if these scenarios are the most likely? Its ok stating that you think, but do tell us why you think that. Back up your comments with some data.
