Recipe Domains

Wondering if any value at all in these kind of domains?

xxxx xxxx recipe.co.uk 3600 local exacts, �0.80 CPC
xxxx xxxx recipe.co.uk 3600 local exacts, �0.31 CPC

xxxx recipe.co.uk 12100 local exacts, �0.60 CPC
xxxx recipe.co.uk 2900 local exacts, �0.90 CPC
xxxx recipe.co.uk 6600 local exacts, �0.25 CPC

In short, i don't think recipe domains generally hold much value regardless of the exacts, perhaps if developed with some ads you may make a few quid.

Fair enough, have bought the one with highest exacts and will throw a site up and see what happens.

More attractive opportunitiesare available in other sectors IMO. However, if you're really good at giving cooking advice I expect you could generate some revenue.

I've just got cheese sauce ranking #1 in google - very similar...

Although the site's design doesn't really get a big adsense CTR - the CPC has varied from �.10p to �.23p.

I think I could probably get the CTR up to around 2% - it's hovering around .7% at the moment.

If you think �30 per month is OK then go for it...
