    Hey there guys,

Is there anyone out there who is experienced in DRS would could give me a bit of advice on the strength of my position in a DRS case?

I'm currently in mediation and have an option to settle but think I might have a good case and if my chances of winning at the expert decision level are good then I would prefer to take my chances.

Happy to PayPal the price of a beer in London in return! Please PM me if you know your stuff on DRS!

    Cheers!

Have you filed a comprehensive response? You have to go all in from the outset.

Usually the complainant wants to settle around Expert fee level, fuck that!

Yep I filed my response and am now in mediation. I offered the expert fee inclusive of vat but because they're not from the UK they don't want to pay the VAT. I'M now leaning toward the fuck that option as I *think* I have a reasonable case but would love to get a quick second opinion before I put my arse on the line!

    PM me if you like.

In some cases I've paid the Expert fee myself. :p

What is the outcome you desire? To keep the domain name regardless or to obtain the most from a sale through mediation settlement? Do you believe they will actually pay for an Expert Decision?

I'd read through other decisions to see why they won or failed and use that as your basis.
