At which point does a "suck" site cross the line with the DRS?

It always makes me wonder whether trying to build a business on one domain is worth it if someone can just come in and steal your business away via a drs, very worrying, perhaps nominet should tell you what you can do with a domain before selling it, if I was doing £20,000 off a domain and some other business came over and stole it via drs, I think I'd end up burning their homes down.

one lawyer defending another lawyer and they say this is fair
this decision is more bent that a ure geller spoon.
Im getting pissed of with this gravy train.
ask yourself this have any so called experts of the drs been found out with regards to working for said firms in the past.
I have started going through all the case files from day one and im working on % of how many experts give on the desisions. at same time we are checking to see if there is any history with experts and respondants.
has a expert on the drs every worked for a the person or firm that lodges the complaint.
only time will tell but its getting intresting check out the law firms and then running checks on there customer base.
confict my arse (most of these firms are using the drs as a gravey chain and it stinks ) its that bad you can smell the stench from here
