Again, please help finding decisions

Sorry to bother again.

I'm writing about paragraph 3 and 4 of the DRS policy. In other provisions, I can find expert decisions to support my writing but these policy

Quote:

iv. It is independently verified that the Respondent has given false contact details to us; or

and

Quote:

iii. In relation to paragraph 3(a)(v); that the Registrant's holding of the Domain Name is consistent with an express term of a written agreement entered into by the Parties; or

iv. In relation to paragraphs 3(a)(iii) and/or 3(c); that the Domain Name is not part of a wider pattern or series of registrations because the Domain Name is of a significantly different type or character to the other domain names registered by the Respondent.

I really can't raise examples of these rules. So if anyone know decisions that correspond to these provisions, please please please help me, give me a number of expert decision. It not easy at all to search google or nominet website for them. Why Nominet not make a search engine for its decision like WIPO

Hi Nikki,

Where / when will your report be published? It seems to be quite in depth and would be interesting for many domainers

It will get publish once I finish my study. It's a part of my thesis.
