Going After Multiple Companies / Individuals
If you're going after domains held by multiple companies and individuals who are clearly holding domains for parking purposes only and are a clear TM issue that has been taken advantage of, what's the best/cheapest way to get a result? Go through court and cite them all on one action, doable? or just pay the £750 for each and DRS, obviously they'd be approached first but the DRS would follow quickly if they failed to negotiate.
Don't get me wrong, the people who have rights are idiots for not regging them previously - as is always the case but there comes a time when they need to be brought back into the fold and rights protected, but I'm yet to try convince them to care as it all depends what happens next, even if I find myself caring - I don't at the moment.
