![]() | Nasty Letter
Hi All Just had a legal letter from a European IP firm regarding a purely generic domain which happens to also be the descriptive of their clients product. They own the european tld of the domain but not the eu/com/net. The domain is parked focussed on a different sector. They are claiming Trademark breach and all sorts of legal action. Related is that one of their UK distributors contacted me through the parking page to enquire if it was for sale and stating it was related to a minor brand of theirs. I have kept all emails. I've been through the DRS before so know the score, but would like some offline feedback from some of the more experienced of you. I'll provide more info then. S |
