Very interesting.

I recently raised the issue of supplemental submissions under the UDRP - notably allowed by unlawful Supplemental Rules operated by NAF. I should add that in this regard I do not think that WIPO's own practice is consistent with the UDRP.

The final paragraph on page 3 questions the merits of "the application of reduced panel fees in the case of respondent default..." Now who would have come up with that as a good idea in a dispute resolution service...
