Armidia is on a distinguished road

was checking through a couple of card statements just by chance and spotted I had been double charged back in September.

Refund was not actioned and a ticket remained opened for over 2 weeks.

Went through my CC company in the end.

I'm having the same experience. They charged me twice - instead of refunding they forwarded the support ticket to the "production development team" and I haven't heard anything since.

Phone them

I managed to (eventually!) find a phone number and called them and Christmas Eve and got another issue resolved instantly. Problems with a nameserver registration.

I also had a domain watcher that did not catch the domain...despite it still being free. Seems like that may be another area for them to address.
