Woman Sued for Registering 10,000 Domains

Quote:
Zheng Qingying, a Chinese woman, was recently sued by Eurid, an institution in charge of domain name registration in Europe, because she registered over 10,000 domain names with the suffix “.eu.”

Can anyone find the court papers?

I see she has a lot of ADRs:

They haven't even bothered to go after in any serious manner the US Corp's that registered all of those dodgey Trade Marks (with the exception of a few that have been frozen or confiscated ..

I've seen her disputes with Czech Arbitration Court. There're lots of cases where she has registered well known marks as domain names. And she must domicile in a country of EU members for sure because she cannot register dot eu without having a residency in EU countries. So which court EURid file a lawsuit against her?
