LOL, sorry - my question was, if a US resident has applied for an international trademark (to include the UK) via the Madrid system (http://www.wipo.int/madrid/en/) would it appear in the UK TM database as normal or would it appear somewhere else.

I didn't need an answer as the search system here:

Indicated that an international TM has not been applied for. Would still be interesting to get an answer on the original question tho.
