![]() | another TM question
Bloody legal issues!! Some arse in the US owns example.com and has a trademark on the term 'example' but does not have a uk trademark on the term. I own the equivalent .co.uk and he claims I am violating his trademark, even though his domain name has never been used and the trademark was filed months after I registered the .co.uk. How much weight does the US trademark hold in this sort of situation? obviously, example.com is an example domain Thanks, Grant |
