Evidence through the DRS suggests that too many issues exist. If feedback from DRS experts (legal experts) suggest a problem or two...surely the PAB should be advising Nominet to apply for a judicial review i.e. Nominet cannot implement a DRS until issues are sorted out. Whether or not Nominet assess rights has no bearing as they take feedback from the DRS chair Lee |
