Agreed that is abit of a hole, however if they just edit peoples information without checking a complaint then that is a loophole that is liable to be exploited.

Either by hoping that it means a speedy deletion and catch, or, perhaps remove the 'incorrect' address then lodge a DRS which would never turn up.

There have been instances previously where incorrectly dropped domains, due to Nominet's error, have been returned to their rightful owners.

Nominet deleting a correct address does sound like a cock up to me!

So I know of some decent domains still regged to long disolved companies. And some with dodgey reg details. Perhaps if I email her she will delete the same day for me?
