vannquish is on a distinguished road

Unhappy problem with my .com

Hi,

Im hoping you can help me.

Our client has taken control of a company and needs to get the company domain name transferred over to ourselves so we can manage their website and email service.

The original owners of the site have since moved overseas and we cannot get in touch with them.

the domain is a .com extension

The current registrar is Networksolutions but we don’t have the details to login to transfer the domain name.

What can we do to transfer the domain out?

Any help would be great
Thanks

You would need to contact Networksolutions, explain the situation and get them to send you the access details to manage your domain through them.

Sounds a little odd to me though

But yes, you will need to deal with them directly.
