| Member | Hyperthetical advice with selling my TRADEMARKED domain and possible complications
Please could anyone help me with some advice? I am considering selling a domain I own. It is a TRIPLE PREMIUM CVC.co.uk and it is the trademarked name of a 'global' product HOWEVER I OWN THE TRADEMARK for the domain itself under different categories than the product is trademarked for. Hyperthetically, If I were to offer the domain for sale along with the trademark, does anyone foresee a problem? Your views are welcome. |

Can anyone suggest the best way to maximise any possible returns, do you think I can contact the third party? | |
