Customer has issues

Ok wondering what the intellegence is here on this issue.

I have a customer whoes previous web company registered his domain names in there name and not his.

Whats actions can he take to gain control of his names and get them back?

what are the costs and the time implications?

Ask them nicely... or go DRS route. DRS can cost £750 + vat and take a few weeks.

Best bet approach them and ask nicely but mention you are prepared to go to DRS.

Have a nose at http://www.nominet.org.uk/disputes/drs/help/complaints/
