It is my understanding that even if the other party doesnt even have a trademark,you can lose your domain name. They just need to prove that they have a recognised brand and/or you are using the site in bad faith. I would personally not put a penny into developing copyscape.co.uk as i think it would be a classic case of bye bye domain!!!
