DRS for your Surname!

It looks like everyone should rush over to Nominet and apply for a DRS Summary Decision (only £200) for your surname:

The (non)respondant seems to have registered the surname of a London dentist and is redirecting it to what seems like a rival website, I guess he didn't have a leg to stand on.

That's also a very uncommon surname = less than 100 people in the UK.

Yes, and it would have been cheaper to get the .net or .org, both of which are still available!

I perosnally don't see this case as being important, it's more as suggested by Admin, the precedent that this case starts.

As I posted on Nom-Steer, you are going to have a new industry, people that change there name by deed poll in an attempt to get names and people looking through the death columns of papers to find out what domains dead people own.

Unfortunately this one is a policy thought up by people with their heads in the clouds and no idea of the scum theat lives in the gutter.
