I wish you lots of luck if you decide to start legal action especially 2 years down the line. It could end up costing you an awful lot of money, time and effort. If you have all of the above I really hope that this domain is worth it. I think I would try and forget about it and if it makes you feel better name the person, If you truly belive that this person has messed you about and lied to you, it could possibly be as damaging to him without spending loads of money.
