This is one for the books.

Complainant maintains an Internet presence at

“www.masterbuilder.intuit.com” and “www.themasterbuilder.com”.

masterbuilder.intuit.com is a subdomain !!!!!!

they had "themasterbuilder" but not "masterbuilder" !!!!!

go figure.
