Complainant maintains an Internet presence at

�www.masterbuilder.intuit.com� and �www.themasterbuilder.com�.

masterbuilder.intuit.com is a subdomain !!!!!!

they had "themasterbuilder" but not "masterbuilder" !!!!!

go figure.
