Here's a story about a British webdesigner called Dell, living in Menorca - and being sued in France by an IT company named after someone called Dell! I'd say that it raises a number of interesting questions...

Dell, Bell what the Hell - if this guy has this as his surname then he's entitled do do whatever he wants, If the Yanks think they can muscle him then I'm all for giving them a slap..
