Sorry, not a real dispute but wanted to know what the situation would be in the following made up scenario

if someone owns ehorse . co . uk and the domain ehorse .com is an established site would the dot com owners have some kind of legal right to restrict you using the domain for a similar purpose even though ehorse has only one real application (horse related information)

all a made up example - apologies to who ever owns ehorse.
