EURID have written to me stating 'most customers seem to be able to understand the rules by reading them' On that basis we would not expect an ADR to go to Appeal and then be overturned on Appeal...the expert will get it right first time because a layman can understand the rules by reading them so you would expect the expert to be better than the layman at understanding the rules and applying them. We will see...maybe Nominet can learn by EURID....EURID clearly have confidence in their contract Lee |
