We won't be publishing the appeal for a few days, allowing the parties to absorb it. The parties may or may not chose to publish it in advance (but might not if they feel it will detract from any action they might take in the future).

Apart from the facts I would like to know whether the remedy requested was honoured ie. transfer to the complainant. The legal basis for the remedy is very important.

Given recent posts on here relating to server hacking, I am not going to tempt fate by hosting it on any servers I have anything to do with. The PDF is hosted with a free hosting service. I hope people are downloading this fine. I checked it twice and it worked for me. Shall we compile a list of errors? Here's one:

8.3.4 "The Panel believes it most unlikely that the Respondent's primary purpose in registering the Domain Name was to block the Respondent." Shouldn't that read "...to block the Complainent"?

Any more?
